Physical tickets and digital copies of tickets

Digital Copies
Digital copies of the ticket will be sent to you for free, as they are all you need to board a bus.
Once you purchase a ticket, a digital copy will be sent to you in form of a picture via WhatsApp. This picture is all you need as proof of payment to board the bus you have paid for.
Physical Tickets
Physical tickets can be delivered to you using a third party delivery service at your expense.
You can also collect your physical ticket from our office or meet one of our agents at intercity bus terminus upon communication.
Kindly note that once you pay for a ticket on our platform, you are not directly buying a ticket from the bus services. But you are instead authorizing us to buy a ticket for you in your stead. You are also paying us for this service that we are doing for you.
All price charts listed on our application are derived from publicly available charts, and they may or may not be entirely accurate at any given time. However, we will continue to update these charts to keep the information within our app as accurate as possible.
The information on bus fairs within the app that is not publically available has been provided by the respective bus services themselves.
