REFUND POLICY

REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Both the ticket fee and service fee will be refunded provided that your request meets the refund conditions.

REFUND CONDITIONS

If you didn't receive your online ticket within the day from the time you purchased the ticket or before the bus you paid for disembarks, you will be refunded.
This is only valid if you both provided correct WhatsApp details for which to send the ticket picture as proof of payment, and if you purchased your ticket at least 3 hours before boarding time.


If the bus service you booked for the time slot you selected turns out to be full before your ticket is purchased on our end, you will be called through the number you provided, and an alternative time or bus service for which a ticket will be bought for you will be discussed between you and our agent. If a proper compromise cannot be reached, you will be refunded.


If you are unable to board a bus with the ticket pictures we sent you, you are to come to our offices or meet one of our agents to collect your physical tickets. If your physical ticket cannot be located, then you will be refunded.

If you miss your bus for a reason that's proven to be ours, we will help you reschedule your ticket/book you another one. If this is not possible, you will be refunded


REFUND METHOD AND PERIOD

All qualified refunds will be paid through Airtel money transfer or bank transfer.

All qualified refunds will be paid within 48 hours of confirmation.
